In addition, they are highly skilled professionals who possess the knowledge and experience to adapt to a new environment in an accelerated timeframe. The majority of our Rapid Response nurses have 3 to 5 years experience in their given specialty.

• 48 to 60 hour guarantee – For those times when you need more than 3 RNs, this allows you to reduce
• 4, 8, 10, and 13 week options – Customize the assignment based on the criticality of your needs
• Fast fill – For those positions that need to be filled within 5 to 10 business days
• Expedited billing – OH will bill you at straight time until the 49th hour
• The need to rapidly build up staff in order to support new unit or hospital construction
