These nurses have joined our organization in search of rapid response positions and understand that it is their duty to address the urgent needs of your facility. In addition, they are highly skilled professionals who possess the knowledge and experience to adapt to a new environment in an accelerated timeframe. The majority of our Rapid Response nurses have 3 to 5 years experience in their given specialty.

Rapid Response Services

The key to our Rapid Response program is SPEED! Onward Healthcare will work with you to design a program that fits your organization's specific needs. Some of the flexible options of our Rapid Response nursing program include:

• 48 to 60 hour guarantee - For those times when you need more than 3 RNs, this allows you to reduce
• 4, 8, 10, and 13 week options - Customize the assignment based on the criticality of your needs
• Fast fill - For those positions that need to be filled within 5 to 10 business days
• Expedited billing - OH will bill you at straight time until the 49th hour
