Rapid Response nurses are paid more than traditional travelers due to the facility's demand, and they have the ability to earn up to $26,000 over a single 3-month assignment!
Additionally, Rapid Response nurses receive exclusive benefits such as round-trip airfare and rental cars that are not offered through traditional travel nursing jobs.
Rapid Response differs from traditional travel as these positions typically represent a hospital's most acute needs. As a result, a Rapid Response nurse normally works 48 hours or more per week and is also eligible for the highest overtime pay rates of any travel positions. Rapid Response assignments can vary in length but typically are 4, 8 or 13 weeks in duration.

An ideal Rapid Response candidate must have previous travel nursing experience and be willing and able to enter into a new assignment within an accelerated time frame, preferably 5 to 10 business days.
