Job Description & Requirements
Our M/S unit nights works 7 on 7 off 7p to 7a with a nurse patient ratio goal of 1:6 and with Covid patient 1:3 or 1:4. We use Medhost as our EMR. Our common diagnosis are CHF, COPD, PN, Sepsis, COVID, sickle cell, basic post op type patients (gallbladder, hernia repair, exploratory laps, colon resections, hysterectomies, etc. No ortho at this time and no cath lab/open heart surgeries).
