Cardiac Catheterization Lab Nurse

Cardiac Pre/Post 18 beds Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Chest pain, Heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions, Arteriograms, Peripheral Runoff, Carotid Study, Chronic Total Occlusions, TEE Any special procedure done on the unit? Heart catheterizations, Terumo band, Arterial sheath removal, Femostop application, Hematoma management, arterial site management

Required Qualifications

2 years exp BLS, ACLS Tele Interpretation; Sheath Removal; Arterial Lines Telemetry Experience (*will also have to float to Tele as well as interpret) Considering the role is specific to CV, having cardiac knowledge re hemodynamics, fluid management and groin management would be key for the success and comfort level of the RN considering this position
