Cardiac Catheterization Lab Nurse
Start Date: Earliest possible
Shift: Hours would be 7:00 am - 3:30 pm OR 7:30 am - 4:00 pm or 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. 40 hours per week. NO CALL; NO WEEKENDS
A small cardiovascular lab in a small community hospital.
Perform low-risk diagnostic cardiac caths as well as vascular procedures (diagnostic and interventional) in this lab.
Have a 4-bed holding area right in the cath lab where we admit and discharge the patients.
This shared lab has Cardiologists and Vascular Surgeons…
Insert all the pacemakers in the lab as well as form tilt table testing there.
Small team who rely heavily on each other and work well together. Looking for a very competent and kind nurse who maintains a positive working attitude and can handle a sometimes fast, furious pace mixed in with some slow days. Would be responsible for working holding area as well as "circulating" in procedure room.
