Skilled Nurse

As a top provider of care to their community, this LTC unit prides itself on optimal patient outcomes with compassionate care. Critical Access Hospital RN, Long Term Care (LTC) Denentia Care post CVA, Diabetes, Elderly with medically complex issues. PICC line in house.

Required Qualifications

Long Term Care, ICF Skilled Nursing Dementia, Diabetes, HTN, Behaviors, Intellectually Disabled BLS certification Float between LTC units and SNF Travel experience

Preferred Qualifications

PALS ACLS to float to ER
