Job Description & Requirements

Clinical Nurse Manager

Manages overall daily activities of employee health services following federal, state and local guidelines. Must be experienced working in large hospital system, is able to manage high volume, is nimble and can pivot quickly when required. Experience with compliance; CDC ever changing guideline; can lead policy development. Develops, implements and maintains safety and wellness programs and recommends methods for improving overall health and safety of the organization’s employees. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.

Required Qualifications

Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in nursing or related field or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required Master's Degree: Preferred Minimum Work Experience Five years' relevant experience: Preferred Two year's workers' compensation experience: Preferred One year's leadership experience: Preferred Required Licenses Registered Nurses Registered Nurse (RN) licensure: Required Nurse Practitioners Nurse Practitioner: Preferred Other Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certified (CPR certification): Required Occupational health nursing certification: Preferred Refer to the Required Licenses and Certifications list for additional job and/or unit specific requirements.
