Telemetry Nurse
After training, respond to employee and manager questions related to COVID exposures, screening, and work clearance. Possibly respond to overflow messages from employees at the Call Center
Respond to a COVID beeper to increase responsiveness by Occ Health
Respond to emails coming into OHS COVID mailbox
Provide test results to employees with LabPass account issues
Skills needed: Able to easily gain ease with new applications (LabPass, Epic ambulatory platform, etc), comfortable with Excel, excellent customer service skills, organized and accurate with ability to work from multiple lists and emails, able to problem solve
